Pricing questions, answered.
Do we have to replace our TMS or ELD?
No. Haulbeam works on top of the systems you already run. It reads your TMS, ELD, EDI and accounting and adds the live picture and the money checks they don’t do.
What counts toward the per-truck price, and is the driver app extra?
You pay a monthly platform fee plus a monthly price per active truck. The Haulbeam Driver app is included for every truck. Ops and Pro have a 5-truck minimum; Enterprise starts at 75 trucks on an annual agreement.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days with Pro features, for up to 10 trucks and 3 office seats.
What is founding pricing?
The first 25 carriers get founding prices, locked for 24 months. Founding Carriers also have the onboarding fee waived in exchange for a case study once results are measured (you approve the final text), one reference call per quarter, and access to 90 days of historical exports to set a baseline.
How does annual billing work?
Prepay the year and save 15%. On the Ops plan, the onboarding fee is waived when you pay annually. Enterprise is an annual agreement and is quoted.
How do we pay?
Plans are bought and billed on the web through Stripe, monthly or annually. Administrators manage plans, seats and invoices in the web app under Plan & billing.
Can we buy from the iPhone or Mac app?
No. The Apple apps are free downloads that sign in to your company’s account. Plans are purchased on this website.
What if we need more EDI trading partners or office seats?
Pro includes EDI with 2 trading partners. Each extra partner is $150/mo plus $750 setup. Extra office seats are $39/mo each.
What does the load board network cost?
Joining, posting and claiming loads on the network is free on every plan. When an outside driver from the network works for your company, it is $20 for that driver for the month — charged once per driver per month, however many loads — and billed after the month (on yearly plans, at renewal). Your own drivers and loads claimed by other companies are not charged. Drivers never pay, and Haulbeam never takes a share of a load’s rate or handles payment for a load.
Can we leave with our data?
Yes. Your data is yours — export it any time. If you cancel, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term and you can export your data for 30 days after.
