Founding Carrier Program
Twenty-five carriers. Built with you.
Haulbeam is built, tested and opening to its first carriers. We’re looking for 25 fleets with 15–150 trucks to run it in the real world — with founding pricing, hands-on onboarding and a direct line to the founder.
Founding vs. list
Per month: the platform fee plus a price per truck. Locked for 24 months. 15% off when you prepay the year.
The offer
What Founding Carriers get.
Founding pricing, locked 24 months
Start with the 14-day free trial, then keep founding prices for two years.
Onboarding fee waived
Hands-on onboarding at no charge — normally $1,500 to $4,000 on Ops and Pro.
A direct line to the founder
Plus a weekly check-in during your first month.
Early input on the roadmap
Tell us what to build next — you run the operation it’s built for.
What we ask in return
A fair trade: your proof, our work.
We only publish what you approve. The baseline is how we both find out — honestly — whether Haulbeam moved the numbers.
- 01
A case study, once results are measured
Permission to use your name and results. You approve the final text.
- 02
One reference call per quarter
A short call with a carrier who’s considering Haulbeam.
- 03
90 days of historical exports
To set a baseline: detention billed and collected, on-time %, days-to-invoice and unbilled revenue.
Your first 90 days
The 30/60/90 plan.
Exports and SFTP get you live in days; API connections follow. We own the plan — you own the decisions.
- Week 1
Kickoff and connect
Connect TMS and ELD exports (files or SFTP), list your EDI partners, invite office users.
- Week 2
Drivers and first money run
Roll out the driver app with activation codes and a consent notice. Money Desk’s first run on your history.
- Day 30
First review
Alerts acted on, money found, adoption by role.
- Day 60
Deeper connections
API connections live; accounting export in use.
- Day 90
Measured results
Before-and-after against your baseline, then a case-study draft that you approve.
Apply
Is your fleet a fit?
The program works best for carriers that already have their data in a TMS and an ELD.
- 15–150 trucks
- A TMS and an ELD in use today
- A decision-maker on the first call
- Willing to share baseline data
- Able to start within 30 days
Also a great fit: dry van and reefer carriers running EDI with at least one shipper or broker, with a billing person and at least two dispatchers — and cross-dock or 3PL warehouse carriers running a WMS.
